Calot et turban en drap fin garance, bandeau en drap fin noir, soutaches de grade dorées et argent alternées, du modèle après 1883.
Petits boutons dorés, timbrés de la grenade symbole de l'Infanterie, maintiennent et la fausse jugulaire dorée à la couleur de l'arme, et la jugulaire à doubles coulisses de cérémonie en cuir noir verni bordés d'une fine soutache or.
Dessus du calot orné d'un noeud hongrois en soutache or à triple brins, typique pour les officiers supérieurs.
Chiffre "74" brodé en cannetille dorée

Visière en cuir verni noir, doublé de maroquin gaufré noir.

Intérieur de coiffe en soie noire.
Bandeau intérieur en cuir souple.

Coiffe portée en très bon état.
