Fut en carton entièrement recouvert d'une toile cirée noir avec sur l'avant le numéro du régiment peint en or 73.

Jugulaires composées d'une rosace ronde en laiton doré estampé en relief d'une étoile et d'une mentonnière en cuir recouverte d'une plaque de laiton doré estampé d'une suite de 15 fausse écailles.

Double pompon en laine écarlate.

Visière en cuir verni noir avec intérieur peint vert.

Coiffe intérieure en basane noire.

Très bon état.

Second Empire.

Historique : Le 73e régiment d'infanterie participa à la campagne de Crimée en 1855-1856, où il fut engagé à la bataille de LA TCHERNAÏA
