Fut en cuir recouvert en tissu de coton noir, surmonté d'une calotte en vache noircie et cirée. Cette calotte st concave de 190 mm de diamètre, cette calotte est repliée sur les bord et recouverte d'un galon d'argent de 30 mm de large indiquant le grade de capitaine. Hauteur du shako 250 mm.

Cocarde soie d'argent de 75 mm de diamètre, avec au centre un bouton d'uniforme bombé en métal blanc. Ganse composée d'une triple tresse carrée d'argent.

Visière horizontale en cuir noir ciré.

À l'arrière un couvre-nuque en veau noir de forme demi-elliptique, hauteur 190 mm, garni dans le haut d'un petit cordonnet d'argent, manque le bouton d'uniforme bombé.

Coiffe intérieure en cuir découpé en dents de loup.

Pompon ovale avec moule en bois recouvert d'un cordonnet d'argent, hauteur 60 mm, largeur 45 mm.

Très bon état.
