Jugulaire en cuir, boutons d'uniforme petit modèle timbrés «GARDE NATIONALE MODILE».

Visière carrée en cuir noir .

Coiffe intérieure en basane noire avec inscrit à l'encre les initiales du propriétaire « H.G.» 1ère compagnie, 6e bataillon.

Très bon état passepoil du haut du bandeau avec de légères usures.
