BRIGADE GENERAL'S SWORD, MODEL OF AUGUST 19, 1836, JULY MONARCHY.
Guard in gilded bronze, relief cast hilt featuring a crown of oak and laurel leaves with the Gallic rooster at the center and a background of crossed flags. Two silver stars are riveted in the lower part. Grip made of tortoiseshell with filigree in gilded brass.
Double-edged blade by Coulaux in Klingenthal, length 80 cm.
Black varnished leather scabbard with two gilded brass fittings.
Very good condition, blade with its original polish in perfect condition, scabbard in good condition.
DRESS BELT made of gold and sky blue silk passementerie, perfect condition.
