Habit en drap écarlate passepoilé bleu doublé de même sur les basques et en partie haute d'une toile écrue, boutonné sur la poitrine par neuf boutons gros module en laiton timbré du chiffre 3 (certains boutons sans numéro, non du modèle), il est dégagé sur les cuisses.
Poches arrière passepoilées bleu, garnies de trois boutons en laiton au modèle.
Longue basque passepoilées bleu avec dans les quatre angles une fleur de lys de drap bleu découpé et cousu.
Collet droit en drap bleu passepoilé écarlate.
La manche de l'habit coupée au-dessous, avec parement en drap passepoilé écarlate, garni de trois petit bouton en métal modèle.
Passant d'épaulettes en drap bleu passepoilé écarlate.
