Made of silver, Ø 27 mm, featuring a profile of Napoleon III signed "BARRE", with the inscription "Napoléon III Empereur", the reverse depicting an allegorical composition of the Ministry of the Interior, the central cartouche signed Barre with the relief-struck attribution "MINISTÈRE DE L'INTÉRIEUR - ACTES DE DÉVOUEMENT - LIONNET JEAN", fixed gold ring, 37 mm wide silk ribbon with vertical blue-white-red stripes.
Accompanied by two reductions in silver Ø 15 mm and Ø 9 mm.
Presented on a small red felt cushion.
