Case (H 8 cm, width at the top 13.3 cm, thickness 2.7 cm) in wood covered with black varnished leather and lined at the back with black velvet. The sides are in gilded brass with studs at the top. Black varnished leather flap bordered by a smooth edging braid (width 5 mm). In the center of the flap is a brass sunburst-shaped plate (H 6.5 cm, width 13.5 cm) applied, gilded, with an embossed Imperial eagle placed on top of two crossed cannons.
Belt of 5.3 cm in width in flexible black varnished leather covered with black velvet. On its front side, an oval buckle, a straight loop, and a badge with a non-crowned Imperial eagle on its outer face topped with the Imperial crown, the two elements connected by three chain pins. Four double gilt copper buttons for fastening. At the bottom, snap hooks.
