SABRETACHE OF THE 4th REGIMENT OF HUSSARS, model 1830, July Monarchy. 27699

Black varnished leather pouch, Height 31 cm, width at the top 19 cm, width at the bottom 27 cm, with interior pocket in varnished leather, Height 26.5 cm. In the center, a brass plate in the shape of a shield, embossed in relief with the Gallic rooster perched on a ribbon tying a laurel branch and an oak branch on a background of a bundle of flags. In the lower part, a circle is cut out with the number "4". Height of the plate 15.5 cm, width 14 cm.
