Black polished leather czapka, topped with a 3.2 cm white wool braid. Square pavilion and imperial (19.5 cm x 19.5 cm) made of cardboard covered with sky blue cloth with white wool soutaches. Each corner of the imperial is trimmed with brass. The two rear pavilions each have a sky blue lacquered brass ventilator (1.8 cm in diameter). At the front, a 5 cm diameter tricolor lacquered metal cockade. Front plate of embossed brass with a radiant sun in relief with a central "N" topped with the imperial crown, attached with staples, plate height 16.2 cm, width approximately 24 cm. On each side of the czapka, two brass lion heads are attached holding a brass curb chain mounted on a sky blue cloth core. Black polished leather visor with brass fold-over binding on the outer edge, visor width at center 5.5 cm, binding width 1 cm. Interior cap in black waxed leather cut into nine wolf teeth with brass eyelets. Black polished leather chinstrap with black lacquered iron buckles. Inside the frame, a sky blue printed paper label is glued on, "ALEXIS GODILLOT IN PARIS 6".
Czapska height 22 cm.
"Willow weeper" plume made of scarlet rooster feathers, approximately 20 cm high, with an olive pom-pom at the base of the plume woven in tricolor wool.
Demi-spherical thistle pompom for the Staff, 5.5 cm in diameter, made of tricolor wool mounted on wood with a folded iron rod for attachment.
