Flintlock pistol, barrel in gilt copper alloy with two registers, engraved plate ending in a head of a fantastic animal, swan-neck iron dog, pommel with armorial cap, ramrod, likewise gilt fittings.
Attributed to Felix Werder, goldsmith and gunmaker, Zurich, Switzerland, circa 1650/1660

Condition: shortened during lifetime usage, dog replaced around 1670/1680
