FIREFIGHTER HELMET OF THE LATILLÉ COMMUNE ENGINEERS CORPS, type 1895, Third Republic. 24542

Helmet entirely made of brass. Cimier with prominent moldings decorated at the front with a grenade, fixed by an internal screw. Front plate type 1923 in stamped brass representing a shield with a bonfire topped by a city crown surrounded by an oak branch and a laurel branch, topped by a ribbon bearing the inscription "SAPEURS POMPIERS DE LATILLÉ". Tubular-shaped plume holder with a slightly decreasing square section towards the bottom. Black leather chin strap.
