Black varnished leather baldric, 5.5 cm wide, covered with a gold trim braid with three black silk stripes and adorned with gilded bronze fittings: royal crown and fleur-de-lys shield connected by two link chains, foliated badge in a scalloped shape, buckle, and barrette.
Black varnished leather case with gilt brass sides and a black varnished leather tab decorated in its center with the Arms of France in gilt brass and edged with a engraved strip. Height 10 cm, upper width 15.5 cm, lower width 16.5 cm.

Very good condition, trim braid with signs of oxidation due to use, one of the three pin chains is missing.
