WAX SEAL OF THE COMMUNE OF PARIS, 1792, Revolution. Item number 26073.

Oval brass plaque, H 2.8 cm x 2.3 cm, engraved in a central medallion "FREEDOM / July 14, 1789 / EQUALITY / August 10, 1792". This medallion is surrounded by two laurel branches topped with a Phrygian cap and the inscription "COMMUNE DE PARIS". This plaque is set in a large silver ring with a guilloché border.
