Marseille, undated (1968-1970), 8 sets in loose sheets in Vergé paper folders enclosed in 2 scarlet imitation leather portfolios with gold Empire-style decorations.
Raoul et Jean Brunon Editions.
Complete collection, illustrated with 48 color plates reproducing the artist's watercolors with great fidelity. These plates, whose originals are preserved in the War Library, were executed in 1812 at the request of Major Bardin, the author of the French Army's first clothing regulation order under the Emperor.
