FIREFIGHTER'S HELMET OF THE CITY OF MONTPELLIER, type 1923, Third Republic. 24532

Helmet entirely made of brass. Crest with prominent moldings decorated at the front with a grenade, fixed by an internal screw. Front plate in embossed brass representing the arms of the lords of Montpellier (silver with a red roundel) surrounded by an oak branch and a laurel branch, with a ribbon bearing the inscription "FIREMEN OF MONTPELLIER." Black leather chinstrap.
