OFFICER HELMET OF FIREFIGHTERS OF THE CITY OF RENNES, type 1895, Third Republic. 24546

Helmet entirely in chromed metal. Crest with protruding mouldings decorated at the front with a grenade. Front plate type 1933 in gilded brass with a flaming grenade coat of arms framed by oak and laurel branches, all surmounted by a ribbon bearing the inscription "SAPEURS POMPIERS RENNES". Plume holder. Black leather chinstrap. Interior liner cut into eight wolf teeth.
