Silver-plated brass hilt. Single-branch guard. Pommel decorated with vertical moldings and water leaves. Straight crossguard with a central cartouche decorated with the Musketeers Cross of the 2nd Company. Straight quillon decorated with palmettes and foliage, bordered by a molding decorated with lines. Wood grip entirely filigreed in silver. Silver molded ferrules. Triangular blade, 83.5 cm long, engraved, gilded, and blued on its first third with military and floral trophies on a blued background. Scarlet wool scarf. Black varnished leather scabbard with two silver fittings.
