PLATE FOR CAVALRY TROOP GIBERNE, REGULATION OF 1767, Ancient Monarchy. 28855

Oval-shaped plate, 10.5 cm in height, 9 cm in width, made of stamped brass with the Arms of France placed on a bundle of six standards. The outer rim is folded over itself, encasing a steel wire forming four hooks for attachment to the giberne.
