CAVALRY SABER OF THE MARSHALS, model 1783, Former Monarchy (around 1783-1810). 30418

Brass hilt with palmettes, pommel with button and wooden handle entirely filigreed with brass. Straight, flat blade with a back length of 86 cm, unmarked. Natural leather knot. Blackened leather scabbard with brass fittings: buttoned chape and iron ferrule tip.
