FIREMEN'S HELMET FROM SEMUR, Type 1895, Third Republic. 24550

Helmet entirely made of brass. Second type crest with protruding moldings decorated at the front with a grenade, secured by internal screws to the shell. Front plate embossed with a coat of arms featuring a torch and two crossed axes, topped by a crown surrounded by oak and laurel branches and a ribbon bearing the inscription "SAPEURS POMPIERS DE SEMUR." Square-section plume holder.
