Pair of chaperons made of natural ocher-colored leather, marked with a feather on the back part "ADF." This part measures 10 cm in height x 11 cm in width, and about 6 cm in depth. Two leather straps are sewn for attachment to the fontes with steel buckles. They are covered with two quarters (layers) forming a point at the bottom. These quarters are made of canvas covered with scarlet wool cloth bordered by a wide 4.5 cm wide woven silver-gilt braid following the design of the uniform braids of the corps. The quarters are lined with ocher-colored leather. The upper quarter measures approximately 23 cm in height x 23 cm in width, decorated in the center with an embroidered mousquetaire cross in silver and gold threads, sequins and silver, H of the cross 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm. The lower quarter measures 33 cm in height x 30 cm. In the middle at the bottom of the lower quarter, the cross of the first company is sewn. This cross, angled with three scarlet wool flames bordered with a golden cord, is embroidered with silver braid, threads, and cannetille with outer silver-gilt borders; it measures 13.5 cm in height x 13.5 cm in width.
