KNIGHT'S CROSS OF THE LEGION OF HONOR, 1852-1871, Second Empire.
Silver and enamel star with five pointed double rays, enameled in white, framed by oak and laurel leaves in light green enamel. Obverse center in gold representing Emperor Napoleon I in profile, facing left, on a background of a radiant sun, bordered by a blue enamel band with the inscription in gold letters "NAPOLEON EMPEROR OF THE FRENCH". Reverse center featuring the imperial eagle facing left, right wing passing behind its breast, on a blue field, bordered by a blue band with the inscription "HONOR AND COUNTRY".
Crown-shaped suspension loop with eight beaded arches decorated with eagles, topped by a cross, independent and movable, orb crossed by a smooth suspension ring. The crown has a hook inside to be passed through the suspension ball on the easel located between the two upper branches of the cross.

Military medal, designed by Désiré Albert Barre, in silver, gilt and enamel, with the obverse side featuring the Emperor's effigy on a blue field, bordered by a blue enamel band with the inscription "LOUIS NAPOLEON" and surrounded by a laurel wreath; reverse with central medallion bearing the inscription "VALOR AND DISCIPLINE" on a smooth background, bordered by a blue enamel band and surrounded by the same laurel wreath on the reverse. H 5.1 cm, width 3.2 cm.
Double-sided, fixed bale on the medal, featuring an eagle with outspread wings on a thunderbolt.
Yellow silk ribbon bordered by two vertical green stripes.

BRITISH CRIMEAN CAMPAIGN MEDAL, created in 1854, Second Empire.
Round silver medal by Wyon featuring the portrait of Queen Victoria facing right on the obverse, surrounded by the legend "VICTORIA REGINA", and on the reverse a Roman soldier crowned by the allegory of Victory with the inscription on the side "CRIMEA". Sky blue silk ribbon bordered by a yellow vertical stripe, faded on the obverse, articulated silver suspension bar with four clasps, one broken on the reverse, with its three bars "SEBASTOPOL - ALMA - BALAKLAVA". Diameter 3.6 cm. Engraved on the edge "PEBE AU 27 e".

Silver and scarlet enamel cross topped by a crescent with a gilded metal star enameled in scarlet. Diameter 4.8 cm. Height 7.3 cm.
Scarlet ribbon with green stripes (one green stripe on each side).

NOTE: The Order of the Medjidie is an honorary order of the Ottoman Empire founded in 1852 by Sultan Abdulmejid I (1839-1861). It is awarded to honor civil and military services. It was abolished with the establishment of the Republic of Turkey in 1922.
