BOX FOR THE ROYAL BODYGUARDS, LUXEMBOURG COMPANY, first model 1814, Restoration period.
Wooden box with seven holes for cartridges, covered in black waxed leather, dimensions approximately 7.8 cm in height, 16 cm in width, and 2.8 cm in thickness. Leather shoulder strap shaped in a bracket style, 18.5 cm in length at the bottom, 16.5 cm at the top, 11 cm in height, covered in golden-yellow cloth matching the Luxembourg company color; behind the box in the upper part, a wide leather band is sewn in which the two ends of the shoulder strap are inserted.
The shoulder strap is bordered by a silver rod decorated with lines, 5 mm wide, adorned with three riveted fleur-de-lis at the top. In the center, the face of the sun in silver on a radiant background, 6.1 cm in height, 8.5 cm in width.
Below the box, three silver-plated brass buttons, the middle one to attach the shoulder strap, the other two to fasten the ends of the banderole.

In good condition, the cloth of the shoulder strap is faded.
