Silver and enamel star with five double-pointed rays, enamelled in white, surrounded by a branch of oak and laurel leaves in light green enamel. Obverse center in gold featuring the profile effigy of Henry IV facing to the left on a radiant background, bordered by a blue enamel border with the golden inscription "HENRI IV". Reverse center presenting two crossed French tricolor enamel flags on a blue field, bordered by a blue border bearing the inscription "HONOR AND COUNTRY". Silver hallmarks at the bottom of the ribbon. Crown-shaped suspension ring with arched decorations of palmettes topped with a globe with a cross, independent and movable, globe pierced by a fluted suspension ring. The crown has a hook inside to be passed through the suspension ball of the easel located between the two upper branches of the cross. Ribbon. Total height with suspension ring 6.5 cm. Diameter 4.3 cm.
