Octagonal then round barrels with a small flat on the top, made of blued steel, marked with intertwined "NB" in a hexagon, and three bands: two times "BC" and in the center a band marked "BOUTET", signed on the top flat "Entse Boutet", length 24.3 cm, 29.2 cm with the breech block, caliber 16 mm, rifled; iron breech blocks; white polished flat-bodied locks, signed: "Manufre a Versailles", rounded-bodied hammers, iron pans; all white polished cut iron fittings, large oval silver cap decorated around the edge with a frieze of half-circles and palmettes, on the top a trophy with a crossed sword and axe intertwined by an oak wreath on a background of branches; walnut grips with long shafts, finely checkered inclined stocks; iron ramrods.

Total length of each pistol 40 cm.
