CHAPERONS in black velvet with three flaps of black velvet, each with double galloon in gilded silver trim woven in the specific pattern of the Gendarmes of the Guard, trimmed with scarlet piping. Lined with black waxed morocco leather. Leather straps and fastenings in brown leather, marked with the inscription "27. 4m de la Rochelle". Height of each flap starting from the top: H 11.5 cm, H 25.5 cm, H 35.5 cm, length 27 cm.
HOLSTERS in natural leather with gilt brass tips decorated with lines. H 34.5 cm, internal dimensions of the opening at the top 12.5 cm x 8 cm.
France. Restoration period.
Good condition, worn velvet, trim with oxidation due to use.
