Barrel known as "Twisted Barrel," based on the An IX model, without decoration or inscription, length 19.9 cm, length with the breech 24.6 cm, stamped with "N" André NICAISE, controller at the Versailles Manufacture in 1812 and then at Saint-Étienne, "DT." Hammer of the An XIII cavalry model with a slight curve at the battery, marked "Royal Sea of Versailles." Stock with a very sloping handle ending in a straight bead topped with a cap. Brass fittings, trigger guard ending in a fleuron, elliptical shaped pommel (brass cap) adorned in relief with three fleur-de-lis. Wood marked "C G 111," reception stamp dated 1816. Brass counterplate marked "111." Iron ramrod.
