OFFICER'S LEATHER BELT FOR HORSE ARTILLERY OF THE ROYAL GUARD, Modified Restoration after the 1830 Revolution, July Monarchy. 30163

Black patent leather belt, 4 cm wide, complete with two suspension straps with gilded brass buckles.
Round brass plates, 4.6 cm in diameter, decorated with three elements in cast brass and fastened in the center: at the top, the royal crown; in the middle, two crossed cannons; at the bottom, a flaming bomb. The plates are linked together by an S-shaped hook representing a two-headed serpent.

Perfect condition. During the 1830 revolution, the fleur-de-lis on the royal crown was hammered and the fleur-de-lis at the top of each crown was cut off.
