Brass plate with a silver motif in the center, depicting a hunting horn with the Arms of France topped by the royal crown, set on a crown formed of an oak branch and a laurel branch.
During the return of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte to the throne for the Hundred Days period, the royal crown and the fleur-de-lis were removed.
