François RUFFIN, born in 1788, is a soldier in the 9th Voltigeurs of the Guard, 1st Company, 2nd Battalion in Mayence. He writes to Pierre RUFFIN residing in St Étienne de Bresse (Saône et Loire), through the innkeeper PAGE of Louhans.
