Jules BAUCHE, Voltigeur Hunter of the Imperial Guard, 2nd regiment, 1st battalion, 2nd company writes to his parents "To Mr. François Bauché Cordier residing in Ste Cécile near Vildieu les Poêles, department of Manche, in Ste Cécile."
He informs them that he is waiting to leave for Spain and recounts that he has had "... the misfortune of being robbed by certain soldiers... there are several in prison but not one admitting to the act..." and requests money from them...
