"We, the undersigned DELHOME-LAVAL, Mayor of the municipality of Nozière, assisted by gentlemen DELHOME Isidore and MANDON Jean Louis, farmers, fathers of young men in active service, or designated by lot to participate in the formation of the contingent of their class, jointly certify under our personal responsibility that Mr. Frachisse Jean Félicien, young soldier of the class of 1862 of the canton of Lamartre, is, for the reasons indicated below, the sole and indispensable support of his family, which is composed as detailed below and whose resources are indicated in the following table."
