Mr. Boulais, you had requested a certificate, I have sent you one for which I requested a response and you have not given me any news. Mr. Boulai, I ask you to send me the sum of one hundred 100 francs as soon as possible, you would greatly oblige me as I spent 59 days in the hospital... ]
