Made of silver, in the shape of a radiant sun, the rays alternately smooth and adorned with pine cones, the centers with fleur-de-lis and the arms of France with a blue enameled banner, topped with an articulated crown, white ribbon. 3 cm x 1.7 cm. White ribbon with rosette.
