Rectangular gilded brass plate with rounded corners, height 6.7 cm, width 7.6 cm without the curvature, width 8.6 cm with the curvature. Trimmed with a silver framing rod, relief-molded with laurel leaf branches intertwined and completed with fleur-de-lis at the four corners. This rod is riveted to the plate with eight nails. In the center of the plate, a silver emblem cut in the shape of a fleur-de-lis cross of the Musketeers, with the four corners adorned with three flames. The back is complete with its hook and bracket, missing the two steel buckles. White calf lining.
