Walnut stock with short barrel, wood with all brass fittings. Flintlock signed "Imperial Manufacture of Saint-Etienne" with the inspector Jean Louis Nicolas Compas's diamond-shaped "C" hallmark, 1808-1812. Barrel length of 19.8 cm, dated "1812" with "B" mark, "EF" near the touch hole. Butt cap marked "M. An 13", with a total length of 23.9 cm including the butt cap. All fittings and butt cap stamped differently with "H", "D" surmounted, "G" surmounted by a star.
Overall length 35.3 cm.
