Made entirely of dark blue wool, with an embellished headband and false flame piped with a scarlet cord, and the headband piping lined with a small gold braid. On the front, in the curved angle formed by the indentation of the two flaps, an insignia is sewn, depicting a flaming bomb embroidered in scarlet thread (height 6.2 cm, width 3.4 cm). Pompon made of silver and gold thread and cannetille. Interior cap made of heavy canvas with a black silk headband. Total height of the cap: 20 cm; Height of the headband at the front: 14.5 cm, height of the headband at its center: 10 cm.

In good condition, a triangular opening has been made at the base of the back of the headband to adjust the size of the cap.
