Bonaparte, First Consul of the Republic, after what he was told about the distinguished conduct and the outstanding bravery of citizen Maréchal, fusilier 96th ½ line brigade in the battle of Marengo where this brave soldier, although wounded, went on fighting dauntlessly, until other wounds forced him out of the battlefield, awarded him an honour rifle as a national reward. He will enjoy the prerogatives of the reward as described in the act of the 4 Nivôse Year 8. Awarded in Paris on 27 Vendémiaire year 9th of the French Republic ». Embossed stamp signed by Minister of War, by Secretary of State Hugues de Maret, and by First Consul Bonaparte. Size: 35 cm x 43.5 cm. Perfect condition. Handwritten lines are still very fresh.

For parcels whose value cannot be insured by the Post, shipments are entrusted to DHL or Fedex with real value insured, the service is of high quality but the cost is higher.


RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 8 days of receipt. They must be returned by registered mail at the sender's expense, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
