Three vouchers, with a black ink stamp of "COMMISSARY OF WARS," for barley or straw rations for horses.
With signatures of the commissary of wars and the concerned party.
In fairly good condition.

Accompanied by a letter from the sub-prefect to the mayor of Saint Peray outlining the conditions to be met for any residents wishing to join the mounted cavalry in service of His Majesty. This letter is intended to be disseminated to all rural municipalities.
Dated "Tournon, January 29, 1813."
Double sheet, 1 and a half pages of text.
Dimensions: H 20 cm x 15 cm.
In fairly good condition, with crease marks.
