"We, the undersigned officers and gentlemen currently in Paris, who were part of the seventh company of the Noble Infantry Regiment of the Army of H.S.H. the Prince of Condé, hereby certify to whom it may concern that:
Mr. Francois Denis Henry Albert de la Rochefoucault, born on March 20, 1799, currently supernumerary in the King's Bodyguards, was enrolled in the said company's registers by express order of H.S.H. the Prince of Condé in the following May and has continued to be a part of this company until the final disbandment of the army at Fiestritz. [...].
Given in Paris on the twentieth of January eighteen hundred fifteen.

"We, the undersigned General of the King's Armies, Grand Cross of the Royal and Military Order of St Louis, currently in Paris, commanding the army of H.S.H. the Prince of Condé, the second Battalion of the Noble Infantry Regiment, of which Company No. 7 was a part, hereby verify the aforementioned signatures of the officers and gentlemen of said company and the facts they attest to, of which we have full knowledge. In Paris on the twenty-second of January eighteen hundred fifteen.
