Certificate with the heading of the Condé Army - Noble Infantry, issued to Chevalier de CROTTAT who joined said company in January 1794 "who participated in all the events that took place during the time he was a member of the Company [...], and who always conducted himself with zeal, honor, and distinction, deserving the esteem and friendship of his leaders and comrades:
In witness whereof, we have issued this certificate to him to serve and avail as appropriate.
Done at Neubourg en Brisgau on January 31, 1797."
This handwritten document bears over 80 signatures: Chevaliers d'Attige, de Léonard de Pades, Delaage, du Buat, de Lavergne, Waubert de Genlis, Bermingham, Le Vaillant de la Boissière, de Villemorge, Devalbeaumont, Archambeau de Milleville, de la Rochebousseau, de Lamartière, de Spinette, de Neufville, l'Isle d'Adam, des Essars, baron de Salabert, Mazières, de Chavigny, de Condé, de Coulange, de la Béraudière, De Léotard, etc.
