"We Louis-Henri-Joseph de Bourbon, Duke of Bourbon, Prince of the French blood, Knight of the King's Orders, Peer and Grand Master of France in waiting, Governor for the King of his provinces of Champagne and Brie, Commander in 1792 of a division of the Nobility and of the French Army gathered in the Country of Liege, certify that Mr. Jean Baptiste Jules (+) De Chambrulard, officer in the Rohan Soubise Infantry Regiment, served in our Army as a volunteer in the Cavalry Company formed by the officers of our Dragoon Regiment, that he behaved during the campaign with zeal and honor, and always showed loyalty to the King and his service:
In witness of which, and to give him proof of Our esteem, we have granted and issued this certificate signed by Our Hand, countersigned by the Secretary of our command, and to which we have affixed the seal of our Armies.
