Silver and enamel star with five double-pointed rays, enameled in white, framed by a branch of oak and laurel leaves enameled in light green. Obverse center in gold portraying the profile of Henri IV facing left with a radiant background, bordered by a blue enamel band with the gold inscription "HENRY IV KING OF FRANCE AND NAVARRE" below. Reverse center featuring three fleur-de-lis on a blue field, bordered by a blue band with the inscription "HONOR AND COUNTRY".
Suspension loop in the shape of a fleur-de-lis crown with eight beaded arches topped by a globe with a cross, independent and mobile, the globe crossed by a fluted suspension ring. The crown has a hook inside to be passed through the suspension ball of the stand located between the two upper branches of the cross. Fluted ring.
