Gilt brass hilt. One-branch guard decorated in relief with fleur-de-lis and a lion's head, horizontal double quillon crosspiece. Pommel decorated with lion heads and acanthus leaves. Wood grip entirely silver wire filigree. Shell guard with silver musketeer cross riveted on each side. Hollow-ground blade gilded and blued on its first third with military trophies, length 83.4 cm.
Black varnished leather scabbard with two gilt bronze fittings engraved with foliage.
