Shoulder embellishments in silver braiding, with fringed epaulettes with thick twists known as spinach seeds and shoulder straps. Silver-plated uniform buttons with the Imperial eagle and the inscription "GARDE IMPERIALE." Sky blue cloth lining.
Aiguillettes in silver braiding with silver ferrets decorated with the crowned Imperial eagle, laurel branches, and the upper part shaped like an imperial crown. Fastening loops in dark blue cloth at their tops.
