Long walnut barrel with stock bearing the reception stamp “M I 1856”, and the factory stamp “CHATELLERAULT”. Percussion plate marked “Mre Imple de Châtellerault”. All iron fittings. Butt plate with the hallmark “3.Gr. » followed by an imperial crown. Nail head stick.
