Slightly trapezoidal shaped bomb in matt gray lacquered steel, retaining the characteristics of the 1926 model helmet with ventilation holes, leaf springs and chinstrap attachments. Folded metal band straddling the outer edge of the visor and neck cover. Flat present on the front of the crest with flaming bomb attached in brass. Crest fixed with checkered rivets. Frontal plaque representing a shield with flaming bomb, and on each side branches of oak and laurel, all surmounted by a ribbon bearing the inscription “SAPEURS POMPIERS” (city not attributed). Leather chin strap. Interior headdress in ocher leather with six wolf teeth, size “55”.
