SWORD BELT OF SMALL OUTFIT OF OFFICER OF GRENADIERS OR VOLTIGIERS OF THE IMPERIAL GUARD, Second Empire. 26872
Entirely in black patent leather, H 3 cm, lined with burgundy morocco, closing at the front with two round golden brass plates (diameter 4 cm), decorated in their center with an “N” and a a stapled imperial crown, all surrounded by a molded baguette. Each plate has a ring on the outside for the belt to pass through and on the inside an S-shaped hook representing a two-headed snake.
Black patent leather sword holder lined with brown calfskin. On the outside the leather is split in a T shape allowing the passage of the sword, with the inside of the leather lined with burgundy leather.
