Entirely in dark blue almost black cloth, buttoned straight and crossed at the front by means of two rows of nine uniform buttons in gilded brass stamped with the naval anchor under the imperial crown. Straight collar at the front, embroidered in threads, sequins and golden cannetilles with a laurel branch with frame of a scalloped wand and an anchor. Facings embroidered with a double baguette. Turned back basques embroidered in the four corners of a crowned anchor. False vertical rear pockets, each with three uniform buttons. Waist bow trimmed with two uniform buttons. Black satin lining, velvet lined collar.
